Antares Studio is a media company specialized in content distribution on YouTube. Antares Studio are looking for a development manager, competent and highly analytical. You will be responsible for developing our content strategy by analyzing and understanding YouTube as a distribution platform, in order to distribute video content that provides a high success rate.
Responsibilities:
- -Evaluate channel performance, and our competitors. Then identify development opportunities or improvement.
- -Research and understand competitors and trends on YouTube.
- -Develop strategies for optimal audience growth and Channel engagement.
- -Have a good sense of collaboration and communication skills.
- -Implement processes that ensure efficiency.
- -Daily Analyze channel engagement and make every week’s reports and communicate to editor team.
- -Fast and precise working skills.
- -Use knowledge SEO and attractive title.
- -Identify actionable insights, metadata and thumbnail creation.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience in related field.
- English speaking fluently.
- Writing and editing skills, proofreading, fact-checking
- Photoshop, Premiere, asset.
- Highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work as much as necessary to achieve goals.
